Global Packaging Purchases Two Premius Systems
from BST Pro Mark

After an extensive review and evaluation of the various defect detection systems on the market, Global Packaging has selected Premius Digital 3 Chip as the defect detection and print inspection system of choice for their Flexo CI film printing opertions.

Manufactured by BST Pro Mark, Premius Digital 3 Chip is a complete web inspection system with a comprehensive and very unique set of visual inspection tools combined with technologically advanced all digital hardware and the most sophisticated print process management software packages made.

Global Packaging has ordered two systems with defect detection, automatic color monitoring, bar code verification, register pre-setting and Job/Roll Reporting. The two systems will be installed on CI Flexo presses at Global's Oaks, PA facility; one on a W & H Novaflex CM ten color press and the second on a PCMC eight color press.
